By purchasing tickets to Sarah Grey Pick Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets are Non-Refundable
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you select the correct date and time when purchasing tickets, as changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

2. Rain or Shine Policy
Our farm is open rain or shine. Guests should plan accordingly and come prepared for an outdoor atmosphere, including appropriate clothing and footwear for the different weather conditions.

3. Season Length and Timing
The duration and timing of our tulip season are determined by Mother Nature. This means that the season may start early, late, or end earlier than anticipated due to weather conditions or other natural factors. In the event the season ends early and you are unable to visit on your selected date, the value of your ticket will be sent back to you as a voucher to use for the following season.

4. Outdoor Terrain
As our farm features natural dirt paths, the ground may be uneven in certain areas. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge this and agree to exercise caution while on the farm. Guests are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear, such as sturdy shoes or boots, to ensure safety and comfort.

5. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while visiting the farm. Please be mindful of uneven terrain, tools or equipment that may be in use, and other potential hazards associated with outdoor farm environments.

6. Photography and Media
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs during their visit. If guests would like to use a drone on the farm, permission is required and can be validated by emailing [email protected].

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets and entering Sarah Grey Pick Farm, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting the property, including but not limited to risks related to uneven terrain, inclement weather, and outdoor conditions. Sarah Grey Pick Farm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.

8. Compliance with Farm Rules
Guests must comply with all posted rules and instructions provided by staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the farm without a refund.
