Delayed Opening:
I acknowledge that the opening of the Tulip Pick Farm is contingent upon natural factors such as the blooming period of tulips. In the event of a delayed opening on the scheduled date of my purchase, I agree to accept a coupon code via email to select an alternative date and time.

Refunds & Cancellations:
I acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable. Any requests for date or time changes will be subject to availability and processing fees. There are no guarantees for rescheduling.

Code of Conduct:
I commit to handling the tulips with care and will not discard any tulips before checkout. I will strictly adhere to walking only on designated paths and refrain from stepping over or on any tulips. Furthermore, I will refrain from the use of drones or smoke while present on the property. I understand that I may bring my dog only on Mondays through Fridays unless it serves as a service dog.

Liability Acknowledgement:
I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in this activity.

COVID-19 Compliance:
I agree to adhere to the current regulations and guidelines set forth by the Niagara Region Health Department during my visit.

Weather Conditions:
I understand that the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions and will be held rain or shine.

Photography Consent:
I consent to the use of any photographs taken of me at Sarah Grey Farm for potential promotional purposes by Sarah Grey Farm.
